The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the writ petition may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the EB authorities by filing appropriate application as per 'CJR' Clause-11 of the report. 2.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the EB authorities by filing appropriate application as per 'CJR' Clause-11 of the report, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the same shall be considered and necessary orders be passed within a period of two weeks therefrom.
