ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the respondents to register the FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 13.11.2013.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is averred in the petition that the complainant Sakthivel was cheated by one Sankar and two others by selling a land, which was not in their name. Though the petitioner sent a complaint, no action was taken by the respondents police and therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the complaint was treated as petition (CSR.No.132 of 2015) and after due enquiry, and also recording the compromise entered between the parties, the same was closed

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to proceed further, if need be, in the manner known to law.
