The prayer in the present writ petition is to return the original document of sale deed bearing Document No.75/2008 registered with the second respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 26.06.2018. On 26.06.2018, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, in order to give one more chance to the petitioner, the Registry was directed to list this petition under the caption 'for dismissal' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner, inspite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.
