ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in Memo No.2387/PS4/TNSTC (VPM-DVN.II)/2003 dated 25.6.2003 and quash the same.

2. By Memo No.2387/PS4/TNSTC (VPM-DVN.II)/2003 dated 25.6.2003, the second respondent transferred the petitioner from Arni Deport to Tirupattur-II Depot and also requested the Branch Manager, Arni Depot to relieve the petitioner immediately with direction to report for duty before the Branch Manager, Tirupattur-II, Depot forthwith without waiting for a substitute. Challenging the said transfer order, the petitioner filed this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present writ petition.

3. Now the learned counsel for the second and third respondents would submit that the petitioner had already relieved from Arni Depot and joined duty in Tirupattur -II Depot and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
