Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the First Respondent to Third Respondent to forbear the Fourth and Fifth Respondents to proceed with the unauthorized construction of the Flower Market situated in the land belonging to the 4th Respondent situated behind Tiruppur Bus Stand, Tiruppur and remove the same and consequentially direct the Third Respondent to initiate action against the Fourth Respondent and Fifth Respondent for failing to obtain sanction to run a flower market.

The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that the Fourth Respondent has proposed to have the flower market in its land behind Tiruppur Bus Stand (Opposite to Pushpa Theatre) without obtaining any license from the Third Respondent in that regard, which has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition.

It is brought to notice that Learned Counsel appearing for the Fourth Respondent by Proceedings dated 22.01.2024 , the proposal to have the flower market in its land has been cancelled and the copy has been placed on record along with memo dated 20.02.2024 filed to that effect. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
