ORDER

These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed by the petitioner to cancel the bail orders granted in Crl.OP.Nos.12428 and 12453 of 2019 dated 22.05.2019 respectively.

2. The learned Government Advocate seeks permission of the court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to approach the trial court by invoking clause (g) in Paragraph No.9 of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.Nos.12428 and 12453 of 2019 dated 22.05.2019.
