For Respondents : Mr.S.K.Bose COMMON ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would state that the above writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order and the writ petition is pending from the year 2008 onwards. Learned counsel for the respondents would further submit that the enquiry had been completed and a final order has been passed on 25.01.2023 and he has also produced before this Court, a copy of the said order.
2. Since the final order has been passed in the above disciplinary proceedings, the writ petition, challenging the suspension order has become infructuous. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final order dated 25.01.2023 passed by the 1st respondent. No costs.
