Petition filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2012 and reminder dated 31.10.2013 by granting patta in Petitioner's name for the land measuring an extent of 1.87 acres in Survey No.101/8, Agraharathazhayur Village, Sangagiri, Makudanchavadi, Salem, as directed by the District Munsif Court, Sangagiri in its judgment and decree dated 20.07.2012 in O.S.No.238 of 2011 within a time period to be prescribed by this Court.

O R D E R

Heard M/s.S.Harinyi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of Mandamus directing the respondents directing the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.10.2012 and reminder dated 31.10.2013 for granting patta in Petitioner's name in respect of the land measuring an extent of 1.87 acres in Survey No.101/8, Agraharathazhayur Village, Sangagiri, Makudanchavadi, Salem, as directed by the District Munsif Court, Sangagiri, in its judgment and decree dated 20.07.2012 in O.S.No.238 of 2011 within a time period to be prescribed by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted there is no further appeal pursuant to the judgment and decree passed by the Court below dated 20.07.2012 in O.S.No.238 of 2011.

4. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, there will be a direction upon the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2012 for grant of patta, after notice to the petitioner and the persons who are aggrieved and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
