Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 01.06.2023, wherein and whereby, he sought for survey of the land situated in T.S.Nos.212/1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 213 totally to an extent of 3.45 acres situated at Nerinjipettai Village, Andhiyur Taluk, Erode District and lay the boundary stones.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that even though the application was made on 01.06.2023, the same has not been considered by the respondent till date.

Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the application dated 01.06.2023, after giving due opportunity of hearing to writ petitioner as well as rival claimants / interested parties, if any and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, if the same has not been disposed of so far. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
