The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the FIR registered in Crime No.1 of 2003.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been laid in the above Crime Number on 27.01.2006, where the petitioner's name has been deleted. As such, the petitioner may not have any further grievance. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
