Learned counsel for the first respondent opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned in the application.

We have gone through the accompanying affidavit.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 52 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
