ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12219 of 2021, dated 29.07.2021, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.In conjunction with and in continuation of the earlier order passed by this Court, dated 04.08.2023, the respondent Police filed counter affidavit dispelling the allegations made against her. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent Police submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tambaram, which was taken on file as C.C.No.378 of 2023 on 08.08.2023 and the case is posted to 11.09.2023 for issuance of summons to the accused. The respondent Police would serve summons to the accused and ensure the progress of the trial without further delay.
