2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in compliance of the order dated 04.11.2022, FIR has been registered in Crime No.124 of 2023 for the offence under Section 406, 420 of I.P.C.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings.
