(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) It is very unfortunate that the matter of this nature is pending for more than 11⁄2 decades. What has been challenged in this writ petition is mere summon issued by the 2nd respondent to the petitioner with respect to community certificate he possess. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Thus, we do not find any merit at all in this writ petition. We have also noted that unfortunately petitioner has been granted interim order which he has been in enjoyment till now.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
