Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other Writ, Order or Direction calling for the records relating to the first respondent herein dated 14.08.2000 made in RC No.15/21706/2000 of the first respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty in the third respondent school, pending disciplinary proceedings.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 14.08.2000 made in RC No.15/21706/2000 of the first respondent in view of the allegations against the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 -3 would submit that during the pendency of this Writ petition, a final order dated 25.04.2019 made in Na.Ka.M2/4809/2009 has been passed against the petitioner removing him from the service. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, a copy of the aforesaid final order has been submitted before this Court.
4. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the removal order dated 25.04.2019 was passed to the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous since there is nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication as sought for by the petitioner. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
