(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner to cause production of her daughter Sumithra, aged about 19 years before this Court and to set her at liberty forthwith. 2.The alleged detenu Sumithra, daughter of the petitioner, aged about 19 years, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she is willing to stay on her own accord.
