ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of one month to render the final award.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the arguments are already over and the case is now at the stage of passing of the final award by the Arbitral Tribunal consisting of 3 members. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Tribunal for a further period of six weeks.
