This miscellaneous petition is posted today seeking clarification of the order made in W.P.No.2790 of 2020, dated 04.11.2020.

2. Heard Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who would submit that, as per the calculation memo, the remaining amount payable to the petitioner was Rs.3,17,277/-, that has been recorded as admittedly has been paid to the petitioner, but factually it has not been paid, therefore, this position has to be clarified, he contended.

3. Heard Mr.P.S.Sivashanmuga Sundaram, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Whether the said amount of Rs.3,17,277/- has been paid or not cannot be decided by way of clarification, therefore, in this regard, if the petitioner feels that if there is any error apparent on the face of the record of the order of this Court dated 04.11.2020, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.

5. With these observations, this Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
