The prayer in the present Writ Petition is for declaration to declare the appointment of the 3rd respondent as the Managing Director/Chief Executive/Secretary of the 2nd respondent is illegal. 2.

The learned Counsel for the 1st respondent submitted that the 3rd respondent had died and as such, no effective orders can be passed in the prayer of the writ petitioner.
