W.M.P. No.5055 of 2018 in Rev.Apl(W)SR No.67148 of 2017 M.SUNDAR, J., Captioned writ miscellaneous petition has been filed with prayer for condoning the delay in representation.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader submits at the bar in the hearing that there was mix up of the case papers in the Government Pleader's office and therefore the delay in representing occurred.

3. Though this Court is not very impressed with the averment, considering the facts and circumstances of the matter and the nature of submission made, captioned writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
