Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st respondent to produce the petitioner wife R.Jayachithra, W/o.S.Rangadurai, aged about 19 years before this Court and set set at liberty. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.] This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue, T.Jayachithra, W/o.S.Rangadurai, aged about 19 years, to cause production of the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the first respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major aged about 19 years and that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/petitioner herein.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
