Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned notification of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3675/A1/2015, dated 22.04.2015 published in Trichy Edition Dinathanthi Newspaper, dated 22.04.2015 and quash the same in so far relates to mode of preparation of question papers consequently direct the respondents to prepare the question papers in two types by taking note of old and new syllabus in SSLC and conduct written test. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to impugned notification of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3675/A1/2015, dated 22.04.2015 published in Trichy Edition Dinathanthi Newspaper, dated 22.04.2015 and quash the same in so far relates to mode of preparation of question papers consequently direct the respondents to prepare the question papers in two types by taking note of old and new syllabus in SSLC and conduct written test.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the notification, examination has been conducted and persons have been appointed long back and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
