Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 9 herein to pay the fees to the petitioner, the details of which were given in the letter dated 18.8.2003 sent to the first respondent.

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to pay the fees to the petitioner, the details of which were given in the letter dated 18.8.2003 sent to the first respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that out of Rs.6,44,000/-, the respondents have so far, paid Rs.4,21,000/- and for the balance amount the petitioner is not able to produce the necessary bills.

3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
