ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28420 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 as the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode instead of the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order of this Court dated 14.11.2024 on a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner, after obtaining the anticipatory bail in this case, was arrested in a case in Cr.No.66 of 2024, registered by the very same respondent and the Court below had imposed a condition that he should appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode everyday at 10.30 a.m and thereby, the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition in the present case and seeks modification of the said condition.

Considering the above submission, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.28420 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palacode on all working days at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
