The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- "to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's right to conduct religious prayer at No.7/132, Raju Nagar, Annur Road, Pugalur, Coimbatore District ."

2.Mr.R.Senniappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as of today, there is no problem and the petitioner has been conducting the prayers peacefully without hindrance for people living in the area. 3.In the counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent, it is stated that proper action has been taken and an assurance has been given to the effect that there will be no interference for the petitioner to carry out his activities without disturbing the other residents of the area.

4.Recording the said statement, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
