This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the pretext of enquiry. 2.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in C.No.198/AOSP/CWC/KPM/2025, before the jurisdictional court, on 10.01.2026. 3.
