2. The proceeding in I.D.O.P.No.2 of 2022 has been initiated by the respondent seeking divorce invoking the provision of Section 10(1)(X) of the Indian Divorce Act, 1869.

3. The petitioner is the permanent resident of Kadpadi in Vellore District. She finds it difficult to travel to Thiruvallur to contest the proceeding.

4. The respondent has been served but he has not entered appearance to oppose this application.

5. Taking overall circumstances into consideration, the proceeding in I.D.O.P.No.2 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Court at Thiruvallur and it shall stand transferred to the file of the learned Principal District Judge at Vellore.
