O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O.Ms.No.166, School Education (S2) Department, dated 07.06.1999 relating to promotion.

2.The issue involved in this writ petition has been considered by this Court in detail in the order made in W.P.(MD) No. 9261 of 2013 on 05.07.2013, wherein it has been held that there is no manifest illegality in the order passed in G.O.Ms.No.166 rejecting the request of the petitioner therein for revision of seniority, thus upholding the validity of the Government Order.

3.In view of the above settled position, the writ petition fails and accordingly the same is dismissed. No costs.
