ORDER
(made by S. VAIDYANATHAN, J.) The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the official respondents to remove the encroachments made by the private respondents in the Municipal 80 ft. public road which runs through T.S. No.51, 52,53/2, 57/1-A pt, 58/1, 59 and 60 of Thiruchengode Municipal Limit, Namakkal District, within a stipulated time by considering his representation dated 28.12.2018. According to the learned counsel for the contesting respondents, the encroachments seeking removal of which this writ petition has been filed, have been removed. The said submission is also accepted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed, sans costs. (S.V.N., J.)
