O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 133 of Criminal Procedure Code dated 19.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one Gundappa had encroached the Government grazing land in S.No.414 at Sanamavu village and constructed building. Therefore, petitioner gave a complaint under Section 133 of Cr.P.C before the 2nd respondent on 19.01.2023, however, till now order was passed, necessitating the filing of this petition.

3. In response, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that complaint given by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent and appropriate steps would be taken for earlier disposal of the complaint.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs 2nd respondent to dispose the petitioner's complaint filed under Section 133 of Cr.P.C as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is diposed of. 06.02.2023 Sma 2/4
