This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29802 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 6:30 p.m., until further orders in Crime No.435 of 2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29802 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
