ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner application dated 25.11.2021 submitted through 2nd respondent seeking for permanent cracker license to sell and store crackers by taking in to consideration of the recommendation given by the authority concerns within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The relief as sought for in this writ petition will not survive at this length of time, since it pertains to issuance of cracker license to sell and store crackers in the year 2023.
