Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ to calling for the records relating to the proceedings passed by the 2nd respondent in NaKa.9492/2003A2 dated 28.08.2003 and consequent proceedings passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.9492/2003A2 dated 26.09.2003 and G.O.Ms.No.226, Rural Development (C1), 12.11.2003. Prayer amended as per order dated 19.12.2003 by DMJ in WPMP 42734/2003 in W.P.No.27434/2003.
