This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus 1/4

directing the respondent to enter the name of the petitioner's mother, Mrs.A.Anuradha, in the Medical Registration Certificate of the petitioner bearing Registration No.125746 dated 12.07.2017.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that on 09.05.2024 they have issued a communication to the petitioner stating that they are ready to consider his application provided he appears in person to the office of the Tamil Nadu Medical Council with all the relevant records.

3. In light of this communication, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Medical Council on 20.05.2024 with all the relevant documents and on receipt of the same, the Council shall forthwith pass necessary orders, preferably by 28.05.2024.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
