ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conclude the proceedings and pass final orders in No.5086/Aa.3/2015 dated 01.07.2015 forthwith in the light of the proceedings dated .. .05.2015, issued by the 1st respondent 2.
Heard both sides.

Though several grounds have been raised by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, at the time of making submissions, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the enquiry was concluded by the 3rd respondent based on the complaint of the petitioner for cancellation of certain documents executed by the respondents 5 and 6, till date, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order. Hence the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer now made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without travelling to the other factual aspects of this Writ Petition, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to conclude the proceedings and pass final orders in No.5086/Aa.3/2015 dated 01.07.2015 in the light of the proceedings dated .. .05.2015, issued by the 1st respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
