O R D E R

The petitioner was not given upgradation as Special Sub Inspector of Police on account of the pendency of criminal case in C.C.No.12/2010 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur. The petitioner has submitted a representation on 20 May 2013 requesting for upgradation as Special Sub Inspector of Police, with effect from 2010. However, it was not considered on account of the pendency of criminal case.

2. The respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20 May 2013, for upgradation as Special Sub Inspector of Police, immediately after the disposal of the criminal case in C.C.No.12/2010 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur.
