ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed in Para No.9(i) in Crl.M.P.No.24136 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.2763 of 2025, dated 16.12.2025, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.71 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur, Coimbatore, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not in a position to deposit the said amount within the stipulated time and, therefore, could not comply with the condition imposed by this Court, and hence prays that the said condition may be set aside.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

4. The petitioner has not substantiated his inability to deposit the amount. Hence, no ground is made out and this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed.
