ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry as contemplated under Section 83 of the Registration Act in connection with the registration of forged and fabricated
General Power of Attorney Deed dated 24.01.2018 registered as Document No.3596 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent and to proceed further in accordance with law, in the light of the representation dated 22.07.2020 of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner has preferred a representation before the third respondent to initiate an enquiry for invoking Section 82 r/w 83 of the Registration Act against certain third parties vis-a-vis for obtaining a false Power of Attorney Deed dated 24.01.2018 registered as Document No.3596 of 2018.
3. Heard, Mr.V.Veluchamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
4.The third respondent is now directed to hold an enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2020 after giving due notice to all the parties concerned, who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
