O R D E R

The present writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 30.07.2003, passed by the second respondent in Computation Petition No.87 of 2003.

2. This Court passed an order dated 31.10.2008, as follows: " On 21.10.2008, the cases were listed for nonpayment of batta with the following directions:- "(1) It is brought to the attention of the advocates that the following matters were listed before the Deputy Registrar (A.S.) for default in payment of batta so as to effect service on the respondents.

(2) Since the batta has not been paid till today inspite of sufficient opportunity given, the matters are listed today before this Court as a last chance.

(3) Advocates are directed to pay batta on or before 29.10.2008 and proof of compliance to be filed immediately, failing which, all default cases will be listed on 31.10.2008 "for dismissal".

2. The Batta has not been paid till today.

3. when the matter is called there is no representation . Hence, the petition as against the respondent No.1 in WPMP & R1 in WP is dismissed."

3. However, the above order has not been complied with. Thus, no further adjudication is required and consequently, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
