Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the impugned proceedings dated 31.03.2022 in Na.Ka.No.8239/21/Aa 7/Vellore, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to recognize and appoint the petitioner as hereditary Muthavalli of Akhil Shah Anwar Shah Makkan Wakf, Veppur, Wallajah Taluk, Ranipet District based on the petitioner's representations dated 16.12.2021 and 04.01.2022 submitted in person to the first respondent. For Petitioner : Mr.A.S.Vijayaragavan For RR-1 to 3 : Mr.G.Mohammed Aseef (Wakf Board) O R D E R Today, when this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition with liberty to approach the Wakf Tribunal. 2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
