This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the letter dated 26.12.2005 in F.No. Lot No.03/1997 - Indev CFS (Docks-UCC) issued by the 1st respondent herein and quash the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner- company has been wound up on 17.04.2009. The company is under the control of the Liquidator and batch of company petitions have been filed against the petitioner company by the vendors before this Court.

3. In view of the above circumstances, the 2nd respondent/Container Freight Station, Indev Warehouse & Container Services Pvt. Ltd. may approach the Official Liquidator for recovery of the charges from the petitioner company.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
