O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2016 and thereby direct the respondent to issue sale deed in respect of Plot No.15, Anna Street, Avvai Nagar, Mugappair, Padi, Chennai - 600 050, by receiving appropriate charges from him.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has sent a representation dated 05.3.2016 to the respondent, which was received by him on 07.03.2016 itself, but the said representation has not been considered yet by the respondent.

3. Mr.S.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that since the petitioner has given his representation in the year 2016, he may be directed to give one more representation and on receiving the same, the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

may be directed to consider the same and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, an opportunity is given to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider his representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the petitioner's representation.

5. With this observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
