Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent in A3/13080/07 dated 02.08.2007 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently, direct him to give the priority to the petitioner in the matter of employment as per G.O.Ms.188 (Personnel and Administrative Reforms) dated 28.12.1976, pursuant to the Priority Certificate issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.A.143/07 dated 05.04.2007.
