Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent dated 24.3.2009 in Na.Ka.No.3285/A2/2008 and to quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondents to select the petitioner for the recruitment under "The Direct Recruitment of B.T Assistants for Government Middle/High/Higher Secondary School 2008-09 through employment Registration Seniority".
