The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they had given change of Vakalat even in the month of June 2019. No new counsel is appearing. It is therefore, clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this civil revision petition.

2. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
