2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of this petition, the detenue has been traced. He submits that the detenue is now under the care and custody of the petitioner.

4. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
