PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27871 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024 concerned the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Vaniyambadi Taluk Police Station, Thirupatthur District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27871 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024, concerning the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Vaniyambadi Taluk Police Station, Thirupatthur District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 7(b) of Crl.O.P.No.27871 of 2024 on 07.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
