ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not pursue this writ petition and rightly so, seeing as the challenge is to a show cause notice, which has itself culminated in final proceeding that have been challenged unsuccessfully by the petitioner in other writ petitions.
2. Recording the aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.

3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended on 05.01.2000 after which he was not reinstated in service at all and that he is entitled to seek benefits for the services rendered till suspension.
4. Let a representation be made in this regard before R2 setting out the benefits that the petitioner believes he is entitled to. Bearing in mind the advanced age of the petitioner, that is stated to be 75 years, such representation, as aforesaid, if filed, shall be disposed within a period of two weeks from date of receipt of the same.
