Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he does not have any instruction from the party and a request for adjournment has been made.

2.Mrs.Karthikaa Ashok, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions from the officials, would submit that, nothing would survive in the matter, because, there are no arrears of property tax payable by the petitioner and in this regard, the extract of the Demand Collection Balance (DCB) has been produced, which shows that the current tax due is Nil.

3.In the light of the same, this writ petition stands disposed of as nothing further requires to be adjudicated in this matter, as there are no dues as of today. No costs. Consequently, the interim stay already granted shall stand vacated.
