W.P. No.8750 of 2015 : Writ Petition praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to letter dated 31.10.2014 made in Lr.No.JEE/E.1/Kili/Zonal/Revenue Section/Aa/A.No.10814 of the 3rd Respondent quash the same and

ORDER
(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the appellant, submitting that the appellant has not given any concession to make payment of shortfall qua her electricity service connection, seeks permission of this Court to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under:
"I may be permitted to withdraw. Permit me to file review application."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforestated, if so advised. Costs made easy.
